Unhappy fuel system

Ok i bought a 1993 rx-7 touring edition in May this year. When i bought it, there was several little things wrong with the car. I have fixed all of them except a fuel system problem and im not sure how to go about solving it. What the car does is runs perfect until it gets to operating tempature then it will want to stall. If it stalls or i shut it off, the car will not start back up until it gets back down way below operating tempature. It will crank normally and "want" to start but will not completely start up and run. In the manual it shows under trouble shooting that it could be 3 things under "car won't start back up" as being either the solenoid valve (prc), charcoal canister, or the solenoid valve purge control. Upon testing any of these you need a diagnostic tester and since i live out in the "sticks" I have no access to one. I was wondering if anyone had similar problems to this and would know how to test w/o a diagnostic checker or which part most frequently was the problem part, also where can i buy these parts? I have checked a few of my normal vendors and none of them have these specific ones.
