I bought a 95 FD that had been flipped.
Got it for the engine, only has 27k.
For some reason the main fuel pump relay is not getting a signal from the ECU to switch on.
Not the fuel pump relay in front of the radiator that some jumper out, but the one behind the drivers headlight.
The car will run with starter fluid.
Does anyone know of any inputs to the ECU that would stop a main fuel pump output?? Could be a bad ECU I guess.

If you are just trying to get it running just to test it, hook it up straight to the battery.

 

Tried that ,,, jumped out like relay was pulled in..
Runs that way, but I can't leave jumper in because pump would always run
