fuel pump voltage

fuel pump voltage
what voltage should i expect at the fuel pump, i have gone single and now i dont seem to have the same preasure at the fuel preasure reg.
the car seems to run ok and the a/f ratio is in safe limits all the way through the rev range but i have the warning light on and the sensor watch in datalogit is lit up red for fuel and reading 4.9v and i have checked it with a multimetre and it reads the same.
any ideas.
