fuel pump and start elec problem

ok so im finishing up a long awaited rebuild. the car has been sitting for just shy of a year. my problems include... fuel pump does not kick on when key is put to run. and starter does not kick with key it turned..
my remote start kicks the starter over but the key does nothing.
so my questions include. where are the ignition circuit and fuel pump plugs, resistors, fuse's and relays located? did i just miss a plug somewhere? or what could be goin on.. im gonna beat on the fuel pump tomarrow a little and try jumping it and checking my contenuety(however the hell you spell it. lol) but im thinking its not just the fuel pump because of the starter not working with the key.
im kinda lost at the moment. very tired and just looking for a little information of where to check and what to do about this.
any info is great. pics are even greater! haha.
thx for your time.

-Ric

Heres how you fix this problem.

1. Open the 3rd gen FAQ
2. Download the FSM
3. Locate the Starting system diagram
4. Check check the connectors

If this doesn't work come back and somebody will probably be more willing to help you.

where is the start output wire for your remote start ran to? your own statements point to their being a problem between your IGN switch and wherever your remote start wire splices in
