Fuel pump rewire Q

After much 'adu', the 93 is ready to finally run, I hope. The problem seems to be that I'm getting no trigger voltage to the 'mod' relay someone installed next to the fuel pump. In looking at the diagram, it's the White wire with red stripe.
Looks like it goes to the original fuel pump relay, can someone offer some assistance here..am I in the general direction?
Yes, I'm working to get someone elses 'project' running. Oh well. Thanks in advance.

The thick White/Red wire should connect to the output of the mod relay. The relay should be enabled when pin 1K of the ECU goes low. There are several ways this could have been done on your car, so I can't be sure this answers your question. Here is a diagram I made on this topic a while back.

Yes..I traced the wiring back that far. It's apparently and ECU/wiring issue, the harness is a 'new' one. I'll double check that wire in the ecu, thanks much.
