hey guys need help trying to figure out why my pump isnt turning on. i just put the car back together and wired everthing up. everything turns on exept the fuel pump. i put new fuses in my fuse box. new relays too. it cranks over and the relay turns on but no power going to the pump. if i jump the relay it turns on the pump and the car starts. its a 94 touring. any help would be much appreciated.
