can u run (2) lx92 coils on (1) hi-6?

can you run two lx92 coils as the leading coils off of one crane hi-6?

According to the specs of Crane, yes.

However, a well-known member of the FC society (one of which I am far better accustomed to) noted that he had problems with this system, which disappeared when he switched to a dual post coil.

Is this for your leading? If the ignition system is anything like an FC's (single coil and single igniter on leading, fires one wastespark), then you should just go with a twin-post coil. MSD makes one I know (for motorcycle applications).

The above said user noted an increase in power, smoothness, response and fuel economy over the twin single coil by switching to the dual post coil.

It should also be noted that the stock coils are very good, and hardly any improvement is noticed from upgraded coils.
