Fuel problem

Ok, I was having some starting issues with my new build. I am slowly fixing all the problems and thought I had every thing done. but when I went to turn the key on to the on position i noticed I had no fuel pressure and hearing a ppsshhh noise. I realized I had a major gas leak coming from my primary fuel rail. Is there a proper way to reset the injectors and the rail to ensure that they are sealed? please help.

Pull the rails and do a test like this:

There are a few places you could have a leak from so exposing the system and testing it like above will let you know exactly where the leak is coming from...

could also be having problems with the injectors. perhaps you took them out and didnt twist when putting them in. a small chunk easily will get bit out of the o ring by the rail and lower that drasticaly because of all the gas escaping.

sorry, I should have specified. I have a complete after market fuel system all the way back to the fire wall. I have the complete fuel system that rx7store.net sells. 850/1680 cc injectors. Obviously both top feed. So I dont think you test will work. its there another way I could do that?

Basically, you need to expose the fuel rails and then jumper the fuel system. That's the best way to see where the system is leaking. That will test the fuel system regardless if it's stock or aftermarket.
