This summer I installed a secondary fuel rail along with 1600cc injectors and a fpr. Now I set it up for a base pressure at 38psi. Now today I tried it by jumping the fp and ground and found that I only have 22 psi of fuel pressure. I tried adjusting the allen bolt but there was no change what so ever. So is my fpr messed up or is my fuel pump crapping out or what. BTW when I was doing this test it was -18C and the power fc was showing 11.5V. Any help would be great.
