Fuel level sending unit: What wire is missing from this image?
Here is my fuel level sending unit (1993 RX-7):

Resistance from the armature contact to ground is good (~25-80 ohms through range of motion), but there is no wire attached to the armature.

I can't see a another spot where the other end of the wire is supposed to go from the armature (unless it goes to the bad by the screw...), and I Can't find a pic of someone else's FD FLSU. Please help! I need to put my tank back together!

Oh I just noticed that... what an odd coincidence.
I got it figured out. PO had a walbro installed 90 degrees rotated from the way it should be, and the armature was bent and hitting a baffle in the tank. Rotated the pump so the sock points the right way, bent the armature back to stockish... It works now!
