Fuel leak around injector

I have a fuel leak around the primary front injector between the injector and rail(see pic). I thought the upper o-ring might have been the problem so I removed the injector and replaced the o-ring. I got the o-rings from rc engineering (see pic2). I thought the o-ring may have had a defect from the first time I replaced it (about 2 months ago) so this is why I pulled the injector and put on another one. I used some premix to lube the o-rings to allow the injector to slide in. The rear primary injector doesn't leak and has the same o-rings (as do the secondaries). I am getting frustrated with this. I even tested the seal after by priming up the system and checking for leaks. It seems to start leaking after the car is hot. Are the o-ring crap? Are they supposed to fit on real tight? What's the deal, just this one injector is leaking? If your wondering what the goo is around the injector terminals, it is dielectric grease FYI.

It sounds exactly like my problem but with the rear primary injector. It may be the plastic is cracked as was mentioned. I still would like some other opinions.

I think the injector itself may be cracked or leaking. Or maybe the bore in the rail has a scratch.

If the other primary has the same o-rings and isn't leaking, I would look at a cracked injector or the rail bore.

that's what i was afraid of...arrrrgggg...I guess I need to look into getting another injector and testing to see if it's the injector or a scratch on the rail bore...Could a really light scratch cause a leak? I did notice some light scratches from when I pulled the o-ring. Personally I think its the injector. I keep ya'll posted with the problem/solution is!

Thanks
Marshall
