I had my secondary 850cc bored out by RC emgineering and I'm in the process of installing them, but I noticed that that the hard plastic hat that goes on the end of the injector is missing. Where can I buy this part? Shouldn't they have replaced it when they sent them back? HELP

 

I think you're talking about the pintle cap. RC should have installed new ones when they cleaned/bored out the injectors - I'd give them a call. I think the pintle caps just snap on, they might be able to send you new ones and you can just snap them on yourself.

You need a special tool to remove them and possibly install them. They replace them with aftermarket (modified) black ones. The stock ones are beige, I beleive. Can you take a pic and point out what you think is missing? Mazdatrix sells 550 caps but not 850's. ...or visa-versa?

 

Vice versa... they sell the secondarys (850s) but not the primarys (550s). I wonder if this part can be ordered from Ray at Malloy?

 

I don't think RC would have any problem sending you the caps. After all, you did just pay them $350. They're a great company.
