I recently put on my midpipe (current mods-RP fuel pump, ApexPFC, M2 Lg IC, Intake, DP, Exhaust)

1) When I was at WOT in 3rd gear, I hit %96 injector duty, it's not suppose to go up that high correct? Do I need bigger pri or sec injectors?

2) also, on a cold night, my A/F gauge will not go to green (cyberdyne) so it means I'm on the lean side. I guess I need to dump more fuel in thorugh the PFC?

 

With those mods you should be more than safe but it is clear you have a problem. Perhaps it is that the PFC needs tuned as you suggested or maybe you need to clean your injectors. It could be any number of things so until you figure it out I would avoid going WOT.
