KY fresh rebuild and throwing codes

I just finished installing rebuilt engine and I am getting some codes. It is full N/S and all the proper resistors are in place. I was running this before the rebuild also and nothing electrical has changed. I have been back through and everything appears to be hooked up properly. Also started and idled fine. Took it for a drive and appeared to be in limp mode. I am guessing from the codes. Here is the codes I got:

05 knock sensor
31 split air bypass
33 port air bypass
38 accelerated warm up
39 relief 2 solenoid
40 purge control
42 turbo pre control
43 wastegate control
50 double throttle

could it be a bad ecu?
please help?

I know for sure that code 5 will cause limp mode most of the rest seem to be from the non seq. mod. Do you have a PFC or a stock ECU ?

I could be wrong, but I was under the understanding that you could only do the non seq. mod on an aftermarket ECU, otherwise you'll be stuck in limp mode. This is Mahjiks department for sure, maybe he'll come up with his usual "best link ever" for the subject.

edit: i see guys running non seq. on stock ecu........so there you go

just got it......the power steering and knock connectors are exactly the same. I had the switched. I noticed when I was driving that the light would blink every time I turned the steering wheel. NOW I KNOW.... thanks again for reminding me that the 05 code was the only on that would cause limp. Thats when I remembered being undecided about which connector does what when I was installing.....never the less she is running good for now with no check engine lights...thanks dream garage
