Sorry, but consider me a critic----with portwork like that on the exhaust, I'd recommend tossing your rotor housings in the trash. What do the intake ports look like?

This what I have now.
but I would like to go to the issue; since you know a good housing, how would you inspect it?
just to let you know, that there are no scratches whatsoever.

I'd need more closeups. That intake port looks alright, but I'd definitely recommend a bevelled (smoothed) edge on the outer closing edge. I'd also need a closer picture to see if the port goes into the oil control ring or side/corner seal path.
Re: the rotor housing, in that first pic you showed, IMO the port is very ragged, very rough, and has no bevel at all. It looks extremely amateur. I see early failure for your apex seals based on that...... if a customer brought me those, I'd refuse to use them as-is. It might be able to be saved, but would take some work.
I'm all for the do-it-yourselfer, but sometimes it's better to go to a professional...... this is one of those times, again IMO

sorry it took some time. I totally agree Goodfella however I live in Kuwait and I am the only one who work on Rotary.
The reason is that there are less than half of dozen in the country Plus there are alot of BS'ers mechanics here.
hope this pic. will tell you something.
anyway.. I have reassembled the engine now, but whenever I turn it by hand and when the side seals are closer to close, it kind of gets stuck. It turns when I add a little more force on it. but nothing is popping from the side I double checked !!
I wonder What could that be ?!?!

Thats kind of funny as I am about to send a package of partsto Kuwait for a Corvette I built that is now there in Kuwait. Apparently it can be very difficult to get good parts/information over there.

Yep. its a bit hard to put it in word. you need to try it 1st hand.
Any way.. I am still stuck. and I am in the middle of opening the engine. but now i work 12hrs shift. its a bit insane but this is what it take for our Oil industries.
I think it give me more time for your guys to take a look at this and maybe let me know about your thoughts.
The Rotor Housings are PERFECTLY Good. what could cause a low Compression ???????
