freash rebuild guage cluster not working

The rpm guage does not move. The oil pressure guage goes all the way up when I start the car and takes a second to drop when I turn it off. temp guage is at zero. dont know if the speedo works..... any thoughts

Exactly. Sometimes it gets tucked up under the dash and is difficult to see. Should be a relatively large connector.
