New pads maybe, but I'd hope that rotors would last more than one HPDE.

There's more than mileage to consider here. If someone was trying to sell a 2,500 mile 1993 FD, would you consider that a "nearly new" car, or a car that's done a lot of sitting and probably has some problems to deal with despite the low mileage? How about how it was used? If that 2,500 miles was all track driving, is that the same as 2,500 miles of commuting or a single 2,500 mile trip to drive the car home from where it was purchased?
Someone buy the brake kit, and good luck to you. Personally, I'd replace the fasteners before using it, though.

He doesnt advertise anywhere in the ad that they've been on there a short time. In fact, he doesnt mention anywhere how long he's been in possession of those. Probably because they've been on there for quite some time. He just hasnt driven it a lot.

To me, they appear to have a lot more than 2,500 miles of use, even if the outer surface of the caliper is shiny. However, I don't give a rat ******* **** what you people spend your money on, so if you're not concerned about it, neither am I.
