Fouling plugs

Seems that my plugs are always going bad. Is this just because I'm running very rich? or are there other "common": reason that plugs go bad quickly?

It might help if you listed your mods and what plugs you are using....

Hey Efiniracing,

What oil are you using as well?

I was using Castrol for a couple years and kept fouling plugs. Switched to Mobil 1 and have not fouled since.
Castrol burns dirty to foul up the plugs... got this info from Rotary Performance...Ari that is.
