How long before you plan on changing them again?
It is not a "given" that anything will "fuse" together. It is just that it is always...ALWAYS easier to get both the boots off as well as the plugs out if you've used grease and anti-seize.

I like to put a little dielectric grease on the spark plug side and then inside the actual coils. Greasing the inside the boots just promotes them popping off. The wires are so cheap that you might as well replace them every few spark plug changes anyway. If you didn't do it I'd leave it alone.
