Talking which FMIC requires the least amount of hacking?

HKS, GREDDY, A'PEXi, BLITZ

or do they all require cutting the bumper and standing up the radiator.

just wondering which is the easiest to install.

do they all keep the underbelly pan?

Blitz doesnt require standing up the radiator. Try doin a search on the Blitz FMIC, I am pretty sure that is the case.

They all require mounting the radiator vertical behind the intercooler. The Blitz and the Apexi dont require hacking the front bumper. There is a trade off though, the Apexi and Blitz are more expensive than the Greddy.
