FMIC Positioning in Chile - Let me know what you think -

Guys,

I recently had used a trust FMIC for a forum member, and also a Fluidyne Radiator to finish up the setup.

It looks pretty good, but I didnīt noticed it mounts like this...

IN the engine bay, and very close to the radiator (actually right in front). In my opinion very very tight.

But I noticed doing some testing that I can turn it upside down and run the piping from under that car and mount it kinf of like this...

OUT of the engine bay and giving more room to my twins intake.

What do you guys think ?? Any experience on this FMIC ??

Would it be less effective IN the engine bay and close to the Rad ??

Gracias..!!! (Again)

In spanish... Great...!!!

This is the I/C

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ght=trust+fmic

It fits different than a 2 or 3 row....

the problem with mounting it with the piping on the bottom is that you are increasing the distance that the air has to travel in order to get to the motor. That affects the throttle response.
