FMIC or Bolt-ons

I'm installing an ACT Xtreme S/S clutch in my car soon and just found out I have another $1000 free to spend on the car.

Should I get a Greddy FMIC

or

ACT Flywheel, Crank Pulley and Efini Y-pipe

It's hard for me to pull the tranny and not replace the flywheel, but which choice would increase horsepower the most?

None of those choices really increase HP. It also depends on what mods you already have.

The car has...

PFC (12.5 psi)
3" Turbo-Back Exhaust
Intake
Greddy Pulleys
4 X 850 Injectors

Ran 12.4 @ 115 last weekend on a slipping clutch (6000ft above sealevel)

I would do the flywheel while you're doing the clutch. It makes the motor feel much more responsive in lower gears and when matching revs. Have you considered buying a used ic? I've seen the blitz stock mounts selling used for around $500

If you drag race the car very much, a lightweight will only hurt your launching. If you are going to run more boost or get an upgraded turbo, an intercooler upgrade is what you should get, even at the boost levels you are at now it would be a good idea.

You mean the greddy one. The blitz is an actuall stock IC in all metal form. Kinda a waste of money, while greddy is about 3 times the size of the stock unit. So you mean greddy, I have the greddy SMIC and its great for the mods I have. I haven't had any problems even though I haven't even been able to drive my car.....

SMIC or FMIC? The Blitz SMIC is only like $900 retail. The FMIC costs around 1300-1400.

The Blitz SMIC core is larger than the stock IC. While it retains the stock mounting position, it's twice as thick.

It's a great upgrade if you don't want to have fitment problems with the duct and are just after some basic performance. I used one for years.

I take it that the turboback catback removes the precat and the main cat? If its just a catback I would highly suggest a downpipe.
But the intercooler will also help with heat soak. Therefore reducing detonation and also preserving more horsepowerr after your initial run down the 1/4 mile. Then again with a slipping clutch you also lose lots of power.Fix the clutch before you go upgrading any more go fast parts. The way I see it if your clutch is slipping now it will still rob you of power whether you have a intercooler or not.In its own way its almost like getting a performance mod since you will regain some lost power.

I would hope you wouldnt be getting any detonation as it only takes one time to blow a seal.
