Flywheel nut torque and turn... how many degrees?

Hey guys,

Ive being searching for about 10 minutes for this relatively simple answer.

What should i torque the 54mm bolt to? Then how many degrees should i turn it to be at 290-360ft lbs?

Thanks in advance.
