Question Teflon encapsulated silicone O-ring for the rear stationary gear O-ring ?

Is there any reason to use a Teflon encapsulated silicone O-ring for the rear stationary gear O-ring ? How about a VITON one ? or just use the stock one ?

If so, anyone know the size ?
