fluctuating rpm in gear

I have a right hand drive 93 fd and whenever i put my car in gear and am at a stop the engine revs up and down and keeps at it till the car is rolling. Could it simply be a case of bad injectors?

Search for TPS adjustment. Then check your grounds.
