Unhappy flickering warning lights WTF?

When under moderate to hard acceleration my charge battery light, oil pressure warning light, and temp warning light flicker a little. Is this a grounding issue, incorrect wiring, or what? So confused!

I'd say check your alternator, it might be on it's last legs. How many miles on the car?
