Fixed most of my interior creaking
Hey the other day I took off the interior door panel to fix my alarm brain and got to thinking...... I'm really tired of this constant creaking from all of these plastic parts. I grabbed the old hot glue gun and went to work. I sealed all the places where the hard plastic meets the door skin covering from behind and under the parts. ( you have to have the door cover off obviously.) Be carefull not to let it into the mirror switch or you'll have to take it out and peel off the glue. But thats part of the beauty of the hot glue. if tou screw up you can just scrape it off and redo it. I've only done the drivers side so far but what a differance!! the door feels more solid and doesn't squak every time I toutch it!!

The rear plastic cover on my hatch squeeks like CRAZY
I don't know how to get it to stop yet, I'll try the hot glue trick though. Has anyone else had this problem?

I think if you just take some talcum powder and sprinkle it on where the plastic is rubbing together, that will help alot. It doesn't look fantastic, but it worked on my car where the bracket for my car phone was rubbing against the dash.
