Were's the best place to fit ur AST with a V mount set-up, any one got pictures?

anywhere you really kind find room...i have seen them mounted up by the wiper motor before

 

I think the closer and higher to the radiator the AST is the better. You can fab up a bracket like the one pictured or you can just use a hose clamp around some piping wherever you want and just attach it to that.

Just got pic of mine. Used a Walmart hinge adapter thing.
