FIRE!!! Insurance to assess-Advice?
Poor thing caught fire yesterday. Why? Who the heck knows. The local FD came to save my FD but the engine compartment roasted for about 15 minutes. Strangely, the radio still works....
Allstate is going to assess it tomorrow. I really want to save this car if po$$ible.
If Allstate totals it, do they haul the car away or can I keep it to part out or what? Any advice? Pitfalls?

Well if they say that it is a total you can buy it back from them 4 cheap .And if its total they will take it with them . If you have after market parts on your car its very hard to squeeze money from Allstate and if you do have allot of money invested in the car you're going to have a hard time getting it .Trust me my 95 supra was stolen about 7 months ago and still fighting to get my money from Allstate ! Good luck !
