you are going to have problems with cracking since you didn't shave the front ends off the front fender flares.

I can't explain why it happens but I can tell you that it will happen...if you don't shave the first 6 inches off the front end flares, your paint will crack. Chuck from Rotaryextreme has the same kit...he told me to shave mine and I didn't listen...guess what happened.

Damn, to each his own I guess. I think that's a really good way to destroy the beautiful body lines/front end of the FD.

Oh and that round thing in the middle of the Instrument cluster? That also tack. Why do you need 2 of them.

You understand what I'm talking about right? Just shaving the tip off the front flares..not the entire flares. It really looks about the same to me.

Stock tach is hard to see? I hope that Mazda emblem on the airbag doesn't whack you in the head.

Rivets look terrible on body kits. Talk about ghetto. Definitely mold it in.

actually don't even think about molding that kit in because the molds will 1 zillion percent crack too. When i had mine done I went to many different body shops and they all said they wouldn't even do it no matter what I wanted to pay them since it would 100% crack.

not if u know how to do it right. it is all in the epoxy and prep work. i ahvge had a molded kit for 2 years with NO cracks. it cracks when idiots go and rivet it on and then bondo over the seams. duh.... i have a "nasa" epoxy that has 50,00lb test per square inch. amazing. i will find out where to get some as i got it from a vendor show.

widebody2, i understand what you mean. i have some time to get a pain job. i'll fix that up. by the way, is my autometer tachometer look really big and stupid?? it looks ok to me and my friends. also, this tach has shift light. it works for me when i'm driving. it blinks every shift.....

toylee, take their advice and mold your flares...i've seen too many hondas, fords, and other **** that the body kit is just slapped on half-assed, and painted over. you have an RX-7, do it right the first time. personally, the autometer tach is a little over the top, you said that you like the shift light, you do know that you could have just gotten a shift light and mounted it to your steering column (autometer sells just the shift light). as for the huge *** front mazda emblem on your steering wheel, that's off the front of your car isn't it? or that's where it's supposed to go? either way, it's way too over the top...get a custom-covered steering wheel center section if you want that big of a mazday symbol on your steering wheel, because that piece of chromed plastic that is just stuck on there looks terrible.
