You also need to remove the battery and tray and check for acid damage. It looks like the battery hold down is corroded in that pic. Replace that battery with a sealed gel or "at least" get a battery wrap from summitracing.

Good job on the car, but as far as the rear bumper and the pin striping... kinda reminds me of my uncle ronnie.

thanx to every1 for all the tips. I'll be sure to do them sometime in the near future. Oh and by the way, dkny_boi, i believe it is c-west rear valance but i'm not sure on that now that i looked @ sum pics of c-west kits....o well it still looks good. Thanx again to every1 who responded

guys that isnt a Veilside or a C-West rear bumper. It is actually the Apex'i Rear bumper. looks good, and original since not many ppl have it. but after ya get the engine up to par it wouldnt hurt to add sum SS or a front bumper

hey every1,

Sorry man the bumper is not for sale-i love it and plan on getting a front to match it after a while. I ordered a alum. AST today and I'm taking off the pinstripes this weekend. Ive got some probs with my user options in rx7club.....it never sends me e-mails notifiying me when someone replies, and my sig doesnt show up. NE1 have any ideas??

also, on my HKS intake, the twin filters are gettin dirty...how do i clean them if they can be cleaned or where can i get some new filters??

me and my friend just detailed about an hour b4 i took pics. Here's a tip on waxing to make ur paint look awesome. Put a light coat of wax on, let it sit for about 5 minutes, then apply another coat on top of it, then take both coats off....it really brings out the color.

btw, i was wondering if there would be any color difference where the pinstripes used to be if i took them off???
