First off- I have searched, and poured over countless diagrams, however I can't find a definite answer, (not the best at wiring diagrams) and would like to be 100% sure.

What is the solenoid I've circled in red?
From what I read I assumed the two black oval connectors were turbo control 1 and turbo control 2, but it according to this I'm wrong.

Just had a brain fart - I can't delete my thread , but I think it must be the purge control valve! I completely forgot about it as my purge system was removed. -_- .
