Few Questions about my 93 fd

Hello,

I have a 93 Rx7 w/ 45k miles and the previous owner sent it over to PFS to have modifiied. I'm waiting on a Fed-Ex package contianing all the reciets for all the modification so I'm not sure what specificly has been done.

It has a streetport, hi flow turbos, pfs mngt, profec b, pfs i/c, exedy twin-plate cluth, aux fuel pump with aux injecters, exhaust, as well as a bunch of suspention parts. level 1 and 2 are 93 octane and 3 is strictly race gas.

One thing I've noticed is that it makes a wierd noise that seems to come from the center of the engine bay. It occurs when I'm coasting mayby 5% trottle and holding it and I slowing give some trottle it "buzz" for a second like quick electrical buzz but it definatly sounds that its made by some type of air pressure. I'm pretty sure its not the bov because that make a distintly different noise when releasing boost.

I've only had the car for a month or so, so I've only been able to drive it in hot weather so I don't know if that has something to do with it. Another thing that i run into is that when I get on boost the car some time once in a while bogs for a seconds like someone is letting of the the trottle real quick like 2 hickups real quick. My brother said He experienced the same thing when riding in a single turbo supra with a profec b as well but I don't know.

One last thing is that I planning on getting a Ic spray, im thinking nitros for the ic spray but I'm not sure. I some of you guys could help me out with this then i would aprreciate it.

the first question sounds like it might be the moo sound from the airpump, disconnect wiring to airpump and see if it goes away. maybe more experts can chime in.
