Exclamation Fender liners, pulling my hair out!

I have been trying to figure out the part numbers for the front part of the fender liners for hours! Here are some pics of the left/right pieces and of the parts diagram. I have one of the small liners and it says FD01-43-63X and the other side should be FD01-43-64X but I don't think this is an actual part number. Without these pieces the main fender liners will rub the front of the wheel when you get some speed. Also, they are just below the oil cooler/coolers. Can someone with experience here help me out?

Look in section 4360 of the parts diagram, Brake Pipings. That's where it is.

I think it's there because it's part of the brake ducting.

+1. you need to know where it is before you can know where it is. we tell mazda about this stuff, and actually they have gotten better about it, post FD though

Yeah ust call them and tell them what part it is and they'll find it.

Just so you know, the base model and R1 have different versions. The R1's have an additional piece of ducting underneath it that is just clipped on.

The base model versions is like $70-$80, the R1 version is like $120

I did that too when I was rebuilding my engine and pretty much replacing everything that needed it. After the 2nd order though I realized Ray has the parts manual wired directly into his brain or something

Seriously, the guy knows his FD parts.

I've called Ray on his cell when he was off on the weekend when I was in a bind, and he called into the parts department (they're open saturday mornings) and was able to give them the parts numbers of each part i needed FROM MEMORY so that they could get me my OEM goodies asap. I was in shock

And no, I don't make it a habit of bothering him on the weekend either, but he was happy to help me out. He's that kind of guy

Wow, good to know! Ray quoted me a rebuild kit for $400 less than mazda comp, so I am going to use him for all the parts I need.
