I have always ran them but i made myself a set of carbon fiber liners. They look amazing. Another issue with the liners is they offer no venting for the coolers so you end up trimming the crap out of them. This time I wont be running them at all as the car will only be driven in dry conditions and only on hard surfaces. Its nice seeing clean control arms and cleaned up suspension from the engine bay.

I run common offset rims and 265 tires up front. 12k springs with -2.7 camber at about 25inch ride height. Car is setup for the track. I do rub on hard turns and especially on canyons which and a little bumpy.

Last track event my fender liner fell apart. That being said, I would love for something to cover the engine bay hole and guard the harness.

I used some self taping screws to pull the liner more in towards the body of the car. those plastic clips were getting a little tired. aftermarket covers would be a nice option

At what part were you rubbing at?

There should be an option for "my car didn't have them when I bought it"

Mainly right near the edge of the fender directly centered and above the tire. When it compresses is hits. There arnt too many places to brace the fender liner up against the upper wall of the fender. It also rubs right where the coolant overflow tank is but this is minor and I can deal with it. Problem with the upper wheel arch rub is that the ECU harness is right there which worries me.

Looking forward to seeing your product! Soon I will also be ordering one of your 99spec Canards.
