Is it rated for fuel? That site is very vague on the actual properties of the hosing.
Russell is a well known brand, so I wouldn't stress on that. If you can you may want to look into using PTFE line, it's better with fuel.
Do you plan on replacing ALL the fuel lines, or just the engine bay lines? I wouldn't put this under the car if it were my build. When I did mine I used steel braided lines between the tank and the engine bay, with nylon braided lines inside the bay itself.
Also, whatever line you end up going with, MAKE SURE that you used the correct hose ends (PTFE ends with PTFE line, regular with regular) and that they are of the same brand. You'll get small variances between the fittings and lines of different brands. So if you have fragola hose ends and Aeroquip line (as a random example) there is a chance that they will not seal properly.

I am using Pro Classic -6 hose for fuel in the engine bay, coming from a hard line that runs down the framerail from the tank. It has been on the car for over a year, and has been working great. It does not emit fuel odor like some of the other hoses can.
I have used Summit, XRP, and some generic hose ends with the Pro Classic hose, and have had no leaks at all with any of the hose on my car. I use -6, -8, and -10.

This looks to be more flexible than SS lines so I might be able to run cleaner routes.
The site says "safe to use with fuel, oil, or antifreeze." up to 350psi.

After using many hose ends, do you have any preference or recommendations?

Just one extra thing to think about, when I did mine I noticed they don't all say E85 compatible. This doesn't necessarily mean they are not compatible, but something to think about if you are see E85 in your future.
So I ended going with braided stainless (cant remember the brand which was approved for E85) for all fuel. And I have black nylon braided for water and oil lines. I put black heat shrink on the stainless to make it match and also to protect anything that may run against it.
That was like 2 years ago haha, so things may have changed.
