Feedback on Pineapple 6 puck clutch plate
I'm debating whether to install this 6-puck clutch with the 9.5 lbs RB flywheel or the stock flywheel.
Is it a pain in the gluteaus maximus with a lightweight flywheel and 20% heavier CF pressure plate?
$185 in the group buy section. Mine is coming on the 16th.

Sprung or solid hub? A solid disc is pretty much impossible to drive smoothly in stop and go. If you spend much time on the street stick with a sprung hub. Regardless of the hub design 6 pucks are much more aggressive in take up. They are more like a switch, either in or out.

With a 6 puck I don't think that would be a good idea with a 9.5lb flywheel. I have the ACT S/S w/ RB 9.5lb fly. It took a whole 5 mins to re-learn my clutch feel and drive it. It's totally streetable. The 6 puck, like what was said before, is on and off. Now picture yourself trying to go from a stop with an on and off clutch and a light fly that doesn't carry as much inertia.
