FED UP!, I'am going Non-seq., just need your help!
OK my car has been down for about a month and a half. Taken to a rotary shop and not me nor my mechanic can find the problem. I want to go non seq. Only thing is that I'am not good on where certian parts are located. I need a list of parts of what I need and where the T-fittings go into, I need pictures. The Mazda manuel isn't really helping me on that. So if someone can take the time and post a few pictures and a parts list of what I need, it would be much apreciated. I heard you need resistors but I'am not familar with that. Where do I get them and what do I ask for? Mods are in the sig. I'am using a M2 stage 3 ECU. Also throw in any sites that will help me and others out. I'am one of those guys that can't learn anything except from pictures, don't laugh.
Thanks for your help,
Jonas
The current parts I do have so far for the Non-Seq. conversion are 2 T fittings and a lot of end caps and some vacuum hose. I also heard I need a wire coat hanger, I got that too.

This way is a lot more fun: http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/non-sequential.html
I did that and then some. I had the tools to go overboard with cutting and welding and porting, I was waiting on parts, and I was bored. Super dooper.

dont do the rikki way
all of you doing it that way are lagging more than you need to and not getting as much flow.
you're just jimmy rigging it instead of doing it the right way.
if you really need help, i did my system i guess about a year ago non-sequential and might still have some pictures and stuff that i made on my computer.

The parts are easy to find. The TCA is under the car, right were the downpipe comes down to the bottom. the arm is covered by a rusted in place heat sheild. The CRV and BOV are obvious. the charge control is resting by the y-pipe.. the solenoid under the vaccum resevior is the green one on the right. , the 2 vaccum lines are below the plug. thats basically it.

Cutting the TCA door helps in the sound/airflow, but if you don't...Rikki's works well.

Ok, I'm doing the poor mans non-sequential mod to my car (basically until I build enough patience to try to diagnose the problem with my secondary boost not coming online). I just took off the rod for the turbo control actuator to the turbo flapper door...now my only problem is which way is the flapper door in open position? Does it go towards the front on the car or the towards the rear of the car?
Here is a pic of what im talking about, the front on the car is towards the right of the photos.

I enjoy it, no guessing if you are going to have full boost or one of the 12+ year old items is going to decide It doesn't want to do its job this time.
Simplicity, Reliability and better exhaust flow if you go full and remove the doors.
