Feature on Sccot FD in J-tuner mag

The Scoot silver FD has a feature to a UK mag that I always pick up. One thing that struck me as odd, is that they list it as a 4.6 liter wankel. I know magazines are known for their gross missinformation. .. however. . . .. how do you get 4.6 litres from a 4 rotor? The engine is just 2x12A's fabbed together. . . .

Anyhow, if you have access to it, pick it up. Its actually a pretty good article compared to some stuff offered stateside.

IIRC I believe they are rating the displacement for 2 full turns of the driveshaft (which is standard) vs. the 1 turn rotaries are normally rated for. But I could be wrong.

That's how the insurance company's rate rotary's over here. Believe it or not-
12a is rated to 2292cc (Fb)
13b turbo 2 to 2354cc (fc)
13b rew to 2616cc (fd)
Havn't quite figured how they work out that a 13b can be 2 different capacity's.
