FD's rotors on miata?

My friend has a 99 Miata. He was wondering if an FD's brake rotors would fit on his car. I thought that they would, but I figured that you guys would know better than I. Thanks for any info.

Off the top of my head, are not Miata hubs 4 bolts vs 5? If so, then no.

7 brakes are decent, but not that great. I am sure there are plenty of big brake kits available for the Miata.

Roger Mandeville makes a 'big brake' kit for the 7 that utilizes (modifies) the stock calipers in conjunction with larger two peice rotors for less then $1000. They may have something for the Miata as well. See this site for contact info: http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobinette/bigbrake.htm
