It turns out I was running lean when I raced you and I need an adjustable fuel pump regulator. That alone makes a huge differece, plus the nos - do you really think I am not going to run 13's??? Can't wait to see you there buddy! By the way, don't get beat by any "p.o.s fords" as you so eliquently put it. I am excited, aren't you?

First...Do you know that when you run lean you actually have more HP than when you run rich? YOU really need to learn racing 101.

next..I don't care what you were running. You lost. plain and simple. And by a landslide. And I have taken close to a second off my time since that day. I'm racing the LS1's on this day. Not you.

Actuall Davey, when you are running lean, you are starvng for fuel, meaning you are not getting he maximum performance of your motor. LOLLLOL
And whats "gyrosanger"???? Now who needs racig 101,LOLOLOL

 

Actually Matty, when you run lean in an RX7 VS running rich you will run a faster time. (and risk poping your engine)

FordMuscle86 (Matt) has his own idea how racing works. He used a stop watch to get his 1/4 before finally running. His stop watch got him a 13.4!!! his 15.1 at the track was a dissapointment. oh yea...he has a pocket headwind chart that said he had 30 MPH headwind and because of that his 15.1 really was a 14.9, LOL.

I raced this kid last month and I will say I respected the fact that he kept his word and raced me, but he doesn't believe anything that anyone tells him. I had to prove to him that HP is a calculation of Torque (he thought it was the other way around).

All in all I don't know what to make of him. Atleast he's out there trying. I hope he just realizes that he doesn't know everything he thinks he does.

Davey cmon man.......... I think its great that you're still trying to race. It does take practice........ even though you have all of those mods you still only post stock 1/4 mile times. Not to mention when you showed me that 16 second run you had I almost laughed cuz you're car is a twin turbo........ I reallly hope you are improving.

its funny how you are stock now. Before you were bragging about your gears, exhaust, K & N , X PIPE, Ignition and other crap..

And for the last time, you ran a .38 r/t on a .50 tree. So of course it looked like you beat me off the line. And yes I got a bad launch , one of my worst launches ever. Your DRAG radials got you a 2.20, I did a 2.4, big deal. You lost. get over it.

 

I have nothing to prove to you. I am Very happy with my 13.3 @ 106 in 89 degree weather.
