Question fd3s vs rz harness info needed

hi guys, i've bought an 2002 RZ MANUAL engine, compelte with ancillaries, wiring loom and ecu, now that is arrived to me I found some differences on connectors and wires.. does the rz ecu have the immobilizer? may be possible to remove the immobilizer? does 1993 fd3s cluster work with the rz loom?

Do you have the complete car harnesses or just the emission? Probably easier to go that way if you do and swap everything...although a lot of work still....hopefully rhd!

280hp front harness is different to other versions for added fun. You have 3 plugs going into the late ecu v 4 in the early car, can cut and splice plugs which has been done in the past, fdrx7 has pin-outs on all the ecus. Upper and lower manifolds are different depending on which way you go with conversion and engines don't have the rear bottom sensor in the back of the waterpump I just noticed recently too.

Also all 16 bit ecu didn't have external elu it have it inside the ecu.
You will not have problem with the cluster if you wire it up correct the problem with that conversion is to rewire correct the plugs from 93 main,dash,rear harness to 99 spec ecu.

this is the ecu that I've received with all the engine harness and ancillaries...i don't find rz wiring diagrams to compare with the fd3s ones...
does someone know what every pin is for?.. i don't find an ecu wiring scheme


on my car all harness are 1993 lhd manual....so the intention will be to use rz ecu with engine harness

and I also need to know.. does N3F1 ecu have the immoblizer? if yes can be removed?... i'll have to mantein the original keys of 1995 fd3s... and I'ven't N3F1 keys

I'm currently also dealing with a S7 JDM RX-7,

The wiring is different, the rats nest is also different, I have not been able to find a wiring diagram. I've been told it's only available in japanese, but I haven't been able to find it.

I did find the ecu pin-out, which should get you going:

If you finally try it post the results please.
It is in my plans one day to run with s7-s8 ecu and new jdm harness.
In this pinout you will see some pins that 93 ecu didn't have. This pin are on electric load unit on 93 rx7 so you have to rewire it from elu to 99 spec ecu.
Also all the rz connectors plug direct to ecu?or have and one who must plug to front harness?
I am not sure but I think rz didn't have immobilizer if it have then you can switch to 99 spec pfc.
