fd3s flat spot

hi everyone i am a

i have a 1992 fd3s with 24,000km on it

it was imported last winter and ive only just got round to sorting it out,

basicly i bought it as a write off, if was in an under ground car park which flooded, it was then exported to the uk - i bought it unregistered from an import company.

now after replacing a few bits and bobs ive finally got it registered and taxed

it seems to have a flat spot after around 4 - 5 k im guessin that the 2nd turbo isnt boosting fully, would this just be a boost leak? or is there something else i should be looking for.

cheers
Will

once you've got your boost gauge in, check out the FAQ's and research what could be causing it. my 2nd turbo wouldn't come on for the longest time, and after doing a lot of work i finally took her for a test drive last night and felt the 2nd turbo kick on *correctly* for the first time (it was worth all the work!), so just be ready to put a lot of time and energy into this.

cat blocked wasnt helping, fitted de cat pipe - wow!

think i have a bad connection somewhere tho, some times i see 0.4 then if i lift off and go again i see 0.6

fuel consumption 100% better without the cat
