Red face FD3 a/C Help. !!! Its Hot As Helll !!!!!

Ever since i got my FD3 i noticed that the A/c Systems sucks really bad. I dont know if its my car or if FD3s are like this. I was talking to a viper owner and he said his is like that too.
It wasnt a biggie because it was winter, now is almost summer and is hot as hell, plus the heat o fthe rotary engine!! Is killing me!!! HELP!!
Anybody has solutions to this problem??? What can i do, should i replace the a/c system with aftermarket, with OEM from the dealer or what should i do..I need A/C Really bad...!

Help me please
thanks

Question

Have you checked to see if you are low on freon?

If you are low, the car disables the A/C.

Check this thread:

However, if I were you, unless you REALLY know what you are doing, you should take it to a shop. Just about any shop can handle an A/C charge. It's not rotary specific.

Just FYI, I had mine recharged at Goodyear last summer.

Exclamation

You probably want to take the car to a mechanic. I think you need specialized equipment to check a/c levels. R12 or freon as it is commonly know as is quite expensive. Has anyone here tried an R134 conversion on a FD, and if so how is it performing. If your system is low on freon now would be the time to convert it, as it is illegal (rightfully so IMO) to vent freon to the atmosphere.

Take it to an a/c shop. The stock a/c works pretty damn well. I'm in South Florida and it keeps everything nice and frigid.... once the car is moving.
