Do you have the wire harness from the manual? If so, use your manual wire harness and just trash the one which came with the replacement motor.

Not sure if this is helpful, but there should be 4 connectors on the wire that goes into the back and connects to your gearbox.

I have lots of cut (unused) wires on my harness, I don't think that's a problem. I might be wrong...

Majik already gave you the answer. Use the wiring harness that's already in your car and if you need to transfer (from your old engine) anything that is different on the new one do so. IIRC you can use an auto motor with a manual tranny but can't go the other way. You will have to swap the fly wheel from your motor and ditch the flex plate and counterbalance, there will be one bolt hole on the tranny with no place to bolt to on the motor (no problem there) You'll have your work cut out for you.

I'm not sure I fully understand your question but.... the two yellow connectors by your hand plug into the ECU. The big rubber plug at the top right of your picture plugs into the hole in the firewall just to the left of the other wire harness (front harness) that runs through the firewall in the passenger footwell (if your car is left hand drive, the mirror opposite if RHD) It is the harness on the bottom left above the rug in the pic below with the AC fan and AC cooling unit removed. I would not use the harness in the picture for anything other than reference on where to connect a good harness to the motor. Take a lot of pictures and write down everything you do + label all parts.

Thanks to Smeagol for this pic.

Thank you and to Smeagol(nice name), maybe I hear this name in The Lord Of The Rings ....
Ok now I solve the problem , but when I want to connect the manual trans to my engine somebody told me you should change counterweight because this engine was connected to automatic tranny , and one told me put act clutch I forget wich one , it will fit without manual counterweight ......

The manual counterweight is built into the manual flywheel (i.e. you cannot separate it from the manual flywheel). If using an aftermarket flywheel, you need to use the counterweight from an automatic.

Where you are at, it's probably cheaper to get parts from Japan. Try contacting "Daioni" here on the forum. He might be able to help you out.
