I don't know if this has been posted already but here's an FD that I found on Ebay that has chrome Supra TT tims . . . looks ugly IMHO plus theyre so much heavier than the FD rims. Why do this?????

Availability and width.

I agree it seems weird, but there are some good reasons to do it. I've seen a few people at the track (road racing) that did it so they could run wider tires.

they look damn nasty, even if given to me, it will be debatable if I were to put them on or not
