IN FD Twin Turbo Removal

Boys & Girls,

Getting ready to undergo the lovely task of removing my stock twins and need some help.

I'm familiar with all the bolt locations to remove the twins, but do I need to drain coolant and oil before I remove? There's obviously coolant lines and an oil line coming from the turbo's....just want to make sure I do it right!

Thanks!
Matt

You don't have to drain either but getting some of the coolant hoses out of the way makes it slightly easier.

It's better to drain the coolant. Once you remove the lower coolant line, you're going to spill a lot of coolant.
