Just seeing if anyone has a suggestion on this. Lil background, this car was raped while in storage of some kind. Ripped to shreds. Cluster was one of the few things left behind. Honestly cant remember when I pulled it out if it was at 0 or not, but now the needle sits at 40mph. Anyone experienced this before? It is out of the car and has been moved a few times, but in a box at all times. I know for a fact its never been dropped. Can having it tilted in a direction cause this? This car has never ran so all I know is that it does power up. any help is appreciated. thanks.
