The FD is SEX!
My FD is all stock except for the DP and the first thing I bought is a PFC.Just got it yesterday, heard nothing but wonderfull things about it.
I do plan on some mods but I want to be safe than sorry....so I would look into upgrading the computer if I was you.Good luck!

By all means, do what Cam tells you to do.
I just know many rebuilders say *no* boost for the first few hundred miles. Maybe yours was on an engine dyno for breakin. He knows what he's doing and in any case, he's the one supporting his work.
It's just that sometimes people don't get instructiosn from their rebuilder.

I've been enjoying my car more than I ever have lately. We had to pull my motor recently because of major coolant seal failure. It went back in with a big port job, big single and some other goodies. I never used to enjoy driving it this much. Consistent boost and more power makes for a fun ride. =)

In my case, I ran 850s/1300s for about 5 years with zero problems

Here are my current mods,I was wondering if I could get a few opinions as to the next few things that I should upgrade (i'm assuming ecu and fuel system, but any suggestions are great!)
Pettit streetported motor
3" stainless steel downpipe
Magnaflow catback
Pettit TKT intakes
Fluidyne radiator
Aluminum AST

Okay,I will post pics later today after work, but the color is horrid due to the previous owner painting it an awful color,so all must keep in mind that i'm in the process of a near-future paintjob....
Put your pics here please:

if you keep the auto at about 300 HP you will be fine. if you want more power sell the auto and buy a manual car. you can make a nice FD out of the auto car just not a lot of HP with the trans. for me 300 HP is plenty for street driving. I dont race so the auto is ok and nice to drive in traffic. enjoy the car it gets the same looks going down the road as the manual cars (LOL) sometimes more because most auto's are kept in better shape.

I speak from experience not hearsay:
I had CAI, PFS SMIC, Mils streetport, DP, MP, Magnaflow exhaust, on a stock ECU and I WOT all of the time, boost was set to 10 psi MAX.
I got a PFC now and more boost
