Unhappy FD rough idle!

when I started my FD this morning it had a high idle at around 1700RPMs it then started to bounce from 1700-1500RPMs I am guessing it may be the O2 sensor but I really have no idea any help or suggestions would be great PLEASE HELP!

O2 sensor wouldn't affect this because the car hasn't warmed up and reached closed loop mode yet. The computer isn't using the o2 sensor as a signal input yet.
